Event Catering Booking Terms of Use

 

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT:

For larger events, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, a further 60% prepayment is requested 30 days prior to the event with the final outstanding amount being due within 14 days after the event.

CANCELLATIONS:

If the booking is cancelled within 60 days of the event date then we reserve the right to make a 50% cancellation fee;  if it is within 30 days then it is a 70% fee.  If however a cancellation is received within 7 days of the event then full charges will apply.  These charges will be based on the original numbers booked. 

Final numbers are required 7 days prior to the event which will be the minimum number invoiced.

It is not the responsibility of Sorrels Caterers Ltd to provide insurance cover for the premises, marquee or any equipment that is not sourced by them. 

Any loss of equipment and any excessive damage or breakages will be charged for.

It is the responsibility of the client to advise of any allergies or special dietary requirements, Sorrels Caterers Ltd accepts no responsibility for any subsequent illness caused in the event of non-disclosure.

Sorrels Caterers Ltd accepts no responsibility for celebration cakes that are left in our possession.

Due to public liability responsibilities, we are unable to serve any food that is not prepared or supplied by ourselves, this does not however include celebration cakes. 

You will be asked to sign to say that you agree to these terms at the point of booking confirmation.
